Bolthole is a funny word, isn’t it? ‘Something that provides shelter from the weather or protection from danger’ according to the dictionary.. . Hideaway. This is hardly better:- ‘A place where someone goes to hide or avoid others’. . Anyway, this place is neither a bolthole nor a hideaway by those definitions. This apartment is completely renovated and fully equipped, no further work needs to be done, and it comes as you see it, fully furnished. so its ready to move into or rent out immediately.. . But of course because you won’t be looking for shelter from the glorious Valencia weather, nor hiding away from what the city has to offer, just as big an attraction is the location. I don’t know if you can quite see the sea, but you could certainly smell the salt and hear the seagulls (is that a good thing? Right forget that, No seagulls).. . It is only a few hundred metres from the beach, on la Calle de la Reina and a similar distance from the port and all the restaurants and recreational space there. The tram runs very close by, running right into the centre of town in 20 minutes.. . This is a no-fuss property, ready to go, everything you could look for, neither a bolthole nor a hideaway, more of a base camp for you to explore and enjoy Valencia.
